- NZA series multifunction fastening analysis system is mainly used for threaded fastener test analysis. The product complies with the standards and requirements of GB/T 16823.3-2010, ISO16047, GB/T 3098.9-2002, EN-14399-1:2005, EN-14399-3-6:2006, ISO898-1:1999.
- It can test for fastening functions include torque coefficient, preload, tightening torque, bearing surface friction torque, ultimate tightening torque, ultimate clamp force, ultimate tightening torque, yield tightening torque, coefficient of friction between threads, coefficient of total friction and thread torque and so on.
- The product is consisted by mechanical part, control part, dynamic torque sensor, composite torque-clamping force sensor and software.
